Gloucester Schooner Festival 2024 Tickets. This year, the festival starts wednesday, august 28, 2024 and concludes with the schooner race on sunday, september 1, 2024 (with monday held as a rain date).  — the “full and final” gloucester schooner festival schedule will be ready in july, but in the meantime, there is plenty on the official schedule.
